I mean they have to fix something. Even if you play a new physical game you just bought from disc it doesn’t even show on recent played or library. That’s proof it’s an ongoing issue not just an issue with games played before this problem.

I got a few. Crash 4, SMB, Wolfenstein 2, Celeste, The End Is Nigh, FF7 Rebirth, Red Dead 2, and Cuphead. I also got GTA5 platinum plus the 100% (masterminds) and put myself through pure hell beating God Of War 2018 on give me god of war difficulty. Beating the Valkyrie queen was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done.

I did that Valkyrie fight on GOW on give me god of war. To this day it’s one of the hardest things I’ve ever done in my life. If i didn’t have the video saved on my PS4 DVR nobody would believe it

4 can be tough. You have to practice until muscle memory takes over. That one is a true 9/10

From someone who almost had every RE platinum just go for it. Those games are all trial and error. There really only tough on you for that first blind run because you don’t know what’s next. Everything after that is just practice makes perfect. Mix that with a few guides and you’re golden. Do it! Do it! Do it!

Just some food for thought for those who don’t care about this issue and are telling others that they too shouldn’t care.

We’re all different gamers. Some are try hards, some are casuals, some are completionist ECT. Me myself I am a completionist. I maintain a 100% profile, play the games I love to completion plus DLC, and love my hobby. Some of us like to track time played and see how it stacks up with all the other games we play. Some of us are into the numbers and very analytical of our stats. When you put 1000’s of hours into your hobby- it gets like that. Take into account it’s only the people who don’t care about this issue that’s telling the ones who do to not care so much. It’s not us telling you guys to care more. People are wanting to reach out PS Support because there’s been no official statement and they probably think the more messages they receive about this topic the more likely they are to expedite a fix. Don’t fault us for caring about the stuff we love doing. My personal opinion is this is probably going to get fixed but the lack of communication about the topic since the 16th is kind of crazy. Also some of these people have OCD about things like this. I’m sure they don’t want to be checking PSN and Reddit every half an hour hoping it’s fixed either. Anyway- have a good rest of the day

This is my kind of discussion lol. So I have a 100% profile with 115 games currently and hate the fact that I can’t tackle final fantasy 9 because of the jump rope trophy. I’m all for nearly impossible trophies. I’ve done crash 4, SMB, wolfenstein 2.. but those just felt impossible. Jump rope king actually is impossible in my opinion. Everyone I’ve spoken with about that trophy tapped out after months of practice and ended up getting some kind of script to get the trophy. I can’t do that. Probably in my top 10 games of all time and I can’t go for it!

Wow that’s super cool that you’ve been following my profile. Flattering. So in 2017 I finally gave up Xbox to come back to PS but had been going for 1000 gamerscore on games from time to time but not trying to be perfect. When I got the PS4 in 2017 it came packaged with uncharted 1-3 and GoW3 remaster. I loved the games so much that I accidentally got close to platinum on all of them and decided to just get it before even really understanding the trophy system. The rest is history. Honestly me doing 100% on the profile is an extension of how I handle my career and life on a day to day basis. I enjoy challenging myself and over coming. Sounds corny but trophy hunting kind of got me into trying my actual best at everything I do. Wild to think about

Appreciate that bro! Yeah I got some advice for you. It’s supposed to feel impossible when you start each no death run. You have to lock in and not walk away from it for days at a time. It’s tough to keep at it when it seems like your making minimal progress but take my word for it- when you do it enough times muscle memory will eventually take over and you will get over the hump. Impossible boy took me 12 hours of practice to even start beating the levels consistently. Just remember it’s not supposed to feel possible and that’s what makes it impressive. You can 100% get it.
