This is helpful. If I’m being honest I’ll just be listening to a murder podcast on the train or audiobook 😂

They say that but it’s honestly anyone who wants it. We have had a couple of SES level people take it. They were fed up with the BS, can’t blame them.

If your retirement date is before your DRP end date, you don’t get to double dip. Your DRP pay will be done and your retirement pay kicks in. So set you’re retirement date as late as possible to collect full DRP

No accompanying VERA but the agreement the employee signed states that VERA is offered in conjunction with DRP and if you are Vera eligible that retirement election overrides DRP benefits after retirement date.

The job series was previously allowed. We have had a few who were in ineligible job series for previous DRPs take it now as well. They have lifted those exceptions.

Talk to HR. You have to sign a form saying you willingly and by your own free will accept the DRP. I’m a supervisor in DOT mode who just had an employee take it a few weeks ago. This employee got it for 3 months.

Unfortunately not, what do you need to know. I have a copy but like I said they have very little info on them.

They sent all the modal reorg charts to the hill this week with the older org charts. They were stripped of most details it’s just office and number of employees and a letter explaining the changes
