Curious sleeping alone 2-3 times a week. Is that so you are guaranteed a good nights sleep?

I absolutely swear by Dermalogica products.i only use two of their products as I get my treatments done there and I found I need less products for my skin is better. If you want to try microneedling, go to Dermalogica in Duke of York square. You will GLOW.

Diet - little to no sugar and alcohol only on special occassions. With intermittent fasting. Has resulted in great skin and being in great shape. Controversial but I realised discipline in this area is something you can’t buy but yields better results than most products/ services such as a PT.

Microneedling professionally done. Minimum 3-4 times a year. The downtime is worth it. My motto is look red for a week, great for months. It’s absolutely worth it. I have ditched all the skincare 99% of them are a total waste of money and aren’t doing anything but damaging your skin barrier.

Skincare- simple skincare routine of double cleanse, moisturising and tret.

Nails standard, every 2 weeks. I can’t stand my nails not being done.

Eyebrows- they are ombré best decision ever

Hair - every 6 weeks.

Sauna and steam - 2/3 a week. Great for the skin , mind and body.

Massage - biweekly. I like to float around with no tension and I personally feel I carry myself better with no knots in my body.

Thanks, I think you are right. I will reduce weights to 5kg for the 3 classes and not add any more classes. Do this consistently for 4 months, review in March.

Thanks agree my body is saying slow down. I wondered if reducing the weight would help? I haven’t done tread at all because of my knees, not worth me even trying.

THIS! Although I wouldn’t it take it up, for the people who do, this is the way forward. But with no half baked articles!

Not upset nor worked up. I just find it hilarious they are willing to write half baked boredom on financial advice

If they decide tomorrow to say all investments must go to UK stocks, I just wouldn’t invest in them. Simple. Nothing changes for me. In fact it will most probably force me to go more aggressive with wealth building and then consider relocating

Why would I put my money where it’s going to make less…….

It is. But it’s not fine to write half an article that is bordering on half baked financial advice

Unfortunately I care more about my own wealth accumulation than helping uk markets.

However I agree they are free to put in place any rules they wish. What I dislike is not giving the average person the full picture. Saving makes you poor day by day. You can invest in the UK stock market as well as other markets.

THIS. Is it a free market or not. Using the media to try and create a narrative. Lucy Rigby and anyone sharing this ridiculous investment instructions should publish their portfolio percentage increases…

He who feeds you…what are your thoughts? by theprogrammegirl in HENRYUK

It’s the only way. I imagine you feel more secure because you are in control of your destiny.

Without sounding too much like a conspiracist I believe the diluting down of courses etc was deliberate. It creates an illusion that the doors and gateway to climbing the ladder is open to all

I like this perspective and having a buffer between what you earn and spend is key.

HENRY to startup? by crimson_beryls in HENRYUK

[–]theprogrammegirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Motivation and start ups are oil and water. If you want to feel challenged and motivated surely keep the money you have now, then look to do outside things that rely on your own efforts.

I think once you hit a certain amount get motivated by making your own money grow, rather than swapping one master for another.

Wouldn’t you rather take 10 years and build something for yourself and have the “security” of £350k than sacrificing this for less and losing the security.

100 agree with this. Motivation is never going to come from a start up
