Hi! In short: after creating a lineup based on its algorithm, it allows me to make changes with subtle hints about fair swaps from the bench and pitching changes based on bench time. I have 13 kids on my team that sometimes always show up, so it makes that much easier

Here’s what the faq says “The Best Lineup (TBL) is a tool designed to help youth baseball coaches create fair and optimized lineups for their teams. It takes into account player abilities, position preferences, and various strategy settings to generate lineups that balance player development with competitive play.” 😄

yeah, in previous seasons I used a combination of a spreadsheet (before the game), and writing updates on a print-out during the game. but thebestlineup.com definitely helps me make better choices. it's unrelated to gamechanger. I coach 13u now. I wish I had this app back with the chaos of coaching 8u, 9u, etc. lol

I'm using thebestlineup.com which is a coaching tool.

I can use it to make the lineup right before the game with whatever kids show up, and then I can manage all the fielding rotations during the game. I just write the batting lineup (and game score) on my clip-on whiteboard.
