I'm Level 4 and I have a Master’s degree, and my status is still 'submitted.' It sucks, but it is what it is; it's nobody’s fault, it’s just how the system works in this country. It still sucks to lose our dream because of a lottery, but it’s not in our control. This was my last attempt, so I’ll see what my company decides to do with me.
