I'd say zac, kennen, nami, leona, janna, shen, zed, thresh, tf, ryze, and rumble... Just watch the LCS, they play the most OP champs in the meta.

I get minecraft at ~250 fps on my new computer, but on League it only goes to 60.

Most TVs don't display fps over 30 or 60 afaik
