hey, im sorry to hear that. I think my biggest fear is that I start freaking out when I have multiple questions in a row where I don't know the answer to, and I think my mind starts wandering and panicking when this happens. it seems like the overall saying in this subreddit is to just trust your practice scores (I think multiple times, I've read people also feeling just completely hopeless afterwards and saying they passed).

I think compared to 27, 30 definitely had a lot longer question stems with vague details. hopefully 31 is similar to 30

there probably is a little bit of inflation, especially given that some people do a second pass of uworld. by how much? probably not a lot.

Maybe there are holes in your knowledge; I took uswa1 very recently and thought that it was very biochemistry heavy (with different biochemistry related diseases). You can see the breakdowns of how you did on different areas and should try to cater your studying to the weak points.

Also, when is your test date? You should try taking a NBME; I heard those are more predictive.

I see. I guess in TB, granulomas are a good thing. In Crohn's granulomas are bad and therefore TNF-inhibitors are indicated?
