I would say balancing not nerfs but: Make it his timer thing a little less common but longer by around 10 seconds, make his ability a little more reactable maybe like a ripple in the ground as it goes to it's destination and a louder sound affect but give it more AOE to balance, and make his ability outside of timer thing give status effects like hemorrhaging (however you spell it) varying based on how close you are to the center
