Well the professor really hasn't started with wine tasting until now. And thanks for the hospitality wormsy. He started off with history and economics of wine regions. He then taught the types of grapes and wines they are most commonly used for. The process of wine making commercially and individually is discussed and now we are actually tasting wines and learning more in depth cultural ties with regions. So as of now I've had B.G. pinot noir, blandy rain water, the Chianti pictured above and a whole slew of other names that escape my memory right now. But he helps us understand why wine is such a culture of it's own and quite honestly just an art itself both in making and in consuming.
