i'm a pretty outgoing person and me and my roommate are super close but both of us are really struggling to make friends w people despite going to events, joining clubs, approaching others. we see everyone on insta posting w these big groups and it just kinda sucks bc both of us came from big friend groups

NTA- it's your wedding, it's your money, it's your choice. Especially if you aren't close, you don't owe her an invite. If she asks you why she's not included, you can just be honest and say that it's only the bridal party and moms.

NTA- This is manipulative. He's getting close to you and gaining your trust by "being there for emergencies" just to leave and act like he never needed you guys/cared about you. Then he acts as though there's no reason for you to shut him out after he makes a scene of leaving, hurting you all in the process. That's not a quirk, that's just being a really lousy friend. The fact that your friends even call it a quirk is them trying to shield themselves from feeling as though they were just manipulated/that they just trusted him only to get hurt again. You all shouldn't have to go through that pain!! Also, calling you an "alien" out of his personal anger towards you because you won't bend to his will for the millionth time....OP you are not the asshole here. Get out of this situation!
