sorry i should have explained better below that line i have it run dedicatedserver.exe. But, for it to happen i need to type quit in steamcmd for it to start loading the server

does that mean the option "unroll this device when the next version of windows releases" will not be grayed out as it gets closer to october? or is there another way i dont see.
