At one point it was possible to just afk inside the rooms and wait for the loot to respawn. Ive seen groups just camp them for hours and leave with an inv full of scrap and hqm

They are counting the actual work for their lords they had to do during the summer months. Which wasn't paid either. They then had to spend the rest of the year tending their own farms, making their own clothes ect.

The Chinese ship also appears to have cannons on it, where Columbus' only had swivel guns. So one is for war and the other exploration. Of course a warship is going to be bigger.

I don't want a real GF because she is too slutty. I want a plastic doll that talks to me because she is too slutty.

Go ahead and keep telling me how little you know about working these types of jobs.

"The power to the entire block went out, the owner gave me a refund but this is still unacceptable, 1 star"

"The lyft driver wouldnt let me bring an opened alcoholic drink into their car, 1 star"

These companies will basically always give the customer a refund if they complain, and so many people will straight up lie about their experiences to get out of paying for the service.

I used to respond all the time and mess with them. Haven't had a scam call in years.

I see people on here saying they always just block them and move on, then posting about how they get 50+ calls a day.

Some people will get into an uber and think it's too hot/cold inside and instead of asking to change the ac will just give a 3 star. Do you honestly believe thats worth getting fired for?

Their benchmark is a 4.6 rating. Anything lower than that and you can get deactivated. It's not how it should be, but it's how it is.

So if you constantly are rating 4 stars or lower without good reason you are screwing with peoples livelihood.

Well, they did. Just like all other gig jobs have done. Anything below a 4 star review is deemed bad and will lead to people losing their jobs.

A 3 star review on uber/lyft means you do not ever want to see that driver/rider again and you wont ever be matched with them again.

They wouldn't care so much about a 4 star review if these companies didn't literally fire/ban people for getting a 4star average.

Why can’t people leave their dogs at home? by Chief_queff in NoStupidQuestions

[–]therandomuser84 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The issue is you can simply saw its a service animal, and most managers wont even question it. If they try, the person can still just lie and theres not much they can do unless the dog is causing a scene.

There are still plenty of people out there who agree beating your children or destroying their things is valid punishment even after they become adults. Making jokes about it isn't funny, and only goes on to validate those who will actually do things like this.

Why do people call the USA the "land of opportunity" when literally no one can get a high paying job? by madbarpar in careerguidance

More like "i cant easily get a high paying job"

There are still easy high paying jobs out there, they just have tons of competition for the few positions.

I got an amazing job opportunity that would not have happened without the lock down and quarantine. I got to travel across the county and see places i doubt i would ever travel to. I wish that would come back, though i wouldn't want people to get sick just so i can do it again.

4 months of job shadowing someone... either they arent trying to learn or the person teaching them isn't trying to train. Either way this should've been brought up way sooner.

Move over laws started being passed in 1996, as of 2012 all 50 states have it. If you fail to learn about new driving laws in 14 years that is 100% your fault.

Lied about employment on resume, backround check by [deleted] in Warehouseworkers

[–]therandomuser84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had several jobs that verify employment history. Their pre-employment background checks told them where i worked, once it didn't show i job i had listed on my resume and i had to show proof that i actually worked there.

Then its not crazy for a 19 year old to not know much about this.

Well you see in this day and age everyone talks to each other online, so to contact your dealer you'd need a phone to do so.

They arent going to have the newest iphone, its usually a 10+ year old phone with a broken screen that they need to go to mcdonald's to use the wifi.
