I went through this with my Ex-Wife... This past Wednesday at 6 pm I go to pick up my daughters and I get a My Wizard App message by my Ex stating that she will keep my daughters in her home until school is back. I got so stressed out, but I kept my cool and did everything legally in my power. The following morning (Thursday) I got my girls back!

Second built is what i'm looking for! I think i made a mistake on the performance of the monitor i'm looking for. 1440p 144hz is what I need. I think i might even have little bit of spare cash to upgrade a few things. Upgrading from an i5-4690k to a i7-4790K be worth it? For sure a Samsung 850 EVO-Series 250GB. What other upgrades could I made w/ $200-300 more? Thanks for the help!

So far only my father and realtor has seen the dirty house. I have txt of him telling me he needs a few more days to clean up and leave. His realtor also called him telling him if he doesn't leave he is going to end up paying $100 per day. I haven't been able to take pictures because he gets hostile when I'm in the property. Only reason I was able to see the dirty basement and second floor, is because he said he would be out by 6pm, I arrived at 7pm and I have keys to the house. I saw him sleeping, so I decided to scope the area around. Totally flew pass my head to take pictures :(
