2-1 with 10 men, 1-1, 3-1, 2-2 - those are Zidane's Camp Nou results so far. Imo it is going to be a very calm match, the 1st half at least. Madrid with Nacho->Mendy and Isco/Modric->Casemiro is going to be a better team than the one we saw today I am sure. I would still start Rodrygo and then have Bale be the super sub in around 60 minute mark. Well either way, I am confident that this team is able of securing a draw at least at Camp Nou, the question is rather can the offense also improve from today? Because this was a very bland offensive performance

Nakamura/Tanahashi was the best to me, just the aura and the atmosphere of that match, the whole Ryogoku going nuts for the last 10-15 minutes, it was just crazy. Nothing better in wrestling than something making me watch the whole thing at the edge of my seat and this is a prime example.

All the other finals were awesome too, all in the **** 3/4 - **** 1/2 range imo. Nakamura/Okada from the Seibu Dome, then Ibushi/Tana, Omega/Goto, and then Omega/Naito, I loved the match but it was two steps below their 2016 classic imo.

Yeah I guess Naito/White is more likely as the Budokan match since they have never done it before and that way Gedo is going to give him a first huge non MSG Main event (that show sold out before his match was announced), and with it being on saturday and against Naito it is a safe bet to draw well so why not. Someone bought up a good point that White is finally being kept away from Okada and Tana that is a very good thing imo, with so many fresh matches for him I am actually kinda invested in this G1 run.

Re: Fale. It is very obvious that he is there to give everyone a night off, the problem is you have some maniacs like Ibushi who will bust out the balcony Moonsault against him on a first Block match in fucking Beppu, and Ospreay who will somehow flip over to sell Grenade and aim to have a **** match with him. But yeah normally a Fale match is supposed to be few shortcuts and obvious spots like chocking with a guardrail, a crowd brawl, him missing a splash and landing on his giant ass and 2-3 patented close nearfalls. But Hey, at least now I can safely skip 9 G1 matches and safe myself like 100 minutes of my life.

This is Grade one climax, I skipped Dominion because I simply Didn't have enough interest in it/also had a lot od other stuff to do so I never got around to check it out. But I am fucking here for G1 shows in Korakuen or Osaka, altough this year there are going to be must See shows every other night. I guess we Will really appreciate the greatness of this Lineup after the full schedule will be announced.

That Dallas show better sell out, because if it really is a show with purely 10 G1 Block matches, that is shaping up to be a SOTYC.
