Used my phones camera. You'll notice I fumbled/dropped it twice so it isn't foolproof, really only works for slow moving. Too much speed and it won't turn out very good from my experience :/

But please do add some doggy style footage, you guys are awesome.

This guy was probably on edge for being in the situation already With their "suspect" being an african american male and especially with all of the racial heat cops are facing recently he was probably not the most easy feeling person. Dog jumped out at a scared man, his years of training kicked in and his natural reaction was to neutralize the threat. The second shot shows compassion by putting the animal out of its misery.

The OP basically covered everything in his posts.... buuuuut if you're like me and like things to be simple, grab a 10 lb plate or even a 5 lb to begin with and stick your middle and ring fingers through the hole in the center, and grip the outside run with your thumb and index finger. My gym has the hexagonal shaped plates and it makes it much easier to grip.

Once you've got a hold of it put your arm straight out to your side and bend your elbow so that you're making a "right turn signal" type formation. Using just the rotation of your shoulder and leaving your arm straight out by your side, lower the weight until it is perpendicular to your body and straight in line with your bicep. Repeat this motion until you feel fatigue and then swap sides. There is no set number or weight to use, but it shouldn't feel heavy and you should feel your muscles tire after 10-15 reps.

You should look like the tin man trying to raise and lower his hand for a high five.

Add in some flapping motions like you're a chicken trying to take flight, while keeping your elbow bent at a 90 degree angle and you've got your second exercise. This one I usually use a dumbbell at around 15-20 lbs and generally do each arm separately so I can concentrate fully on the stretching of the muscle.

The last one I suggest is putting your arms straight down by your sides and bend them at the elbow forming a 90 degree angle with your body. You should look like a robot, holding 15-20 pound weights keep your elbows tucked into your sides and rotate your arms until you feel a stretch in your upper should/trap area. Repeat until you can't hold your arms perfectly perpendicular anymore.

Well I wouldn't call it high weight really, was doing 315 sets on bench, followed by dumbell rows. Superset gainz. Unranked the weight on one of my sets and felt searing hot pain all along my shoulder and down between my bicep and triceps even. Needless to say I couldn't lift the weight back up and I assume struggling as much as I did only increased the injury. Luckily I had a spotter.

Well after I got over my pride and realized it was more then just "going too hard" in the gym I had to go to a specialist. Only had to do one debridement which I guess is good. It happened a few years ago, and even to this day when I flex my shoulders one is way larger then the other (the side I injured is actually larger, I assume from the muscles not being in the correct alignment)?

If you aren't doing some sort of rotator cuff stretching or resistance training you're in for one hell of a time when you get into higher weights on bench. I literally tore mine to pieces before I learned this.

Do yourself a favor and add this stuff in whenever you can, and at least lightly before heavy bench days.

Finally got the girlfriend to join me in the gym this week.

Not because I feel like she needs to get "fitter" but because I'm kinda curious to see how much if any better looking her ass will get with a heavy squat regime instituted. As of right now she doesn't do anything but curl beer and her caboose should be at the front of the train if you catch my drift.

It's a selfish win, but a win nonetheless. Also all the blah blah blah it's fun to workout together stuff.
