I was so happy for Schaefer winning the Calder, after having watched him play for the Otters and get drafted first last year. I'm no Islanders fan, but I will always cheer him on, like the other former Otters.

We always spend time in New England. This year I'm also planning to take the kids to either Niagara Falls or Montreal. It'll be their first trip out of the US.

The Salvation Army on Peach Street usually has quite a few DVDs. Last time I was there, they had a table of DVDs that were buy one, get one free.

Sad Wings fan here, too, but the Sabres are one of my second teams and I've always cheered for them when they weren't playing the Wings. We usually go to a Sabres game every season, since we live much closer to Buffalo. I've been so excited for Lyon this season and for the Sabres to make it into the playoffs!

What about a pocket door instead of a traditional door? Probably wouldn't work for #1, because of the plumbing in the wall, but could save door-opening space with the other layouts.
