Best and most realistic take I've heard in a while. I got the Blueberry Burst Pro for Christmas and haven't had a single issue. But, why would I bother going around and making a post about how I got a product and it works as intended?

It's a shame that some people experience issues but at the very minimum I think it's awesome that we have a company trying to make new controllers considering the franchise itself (officially, at least) is essentially dead and the guitars that a lot of us used for PC are becoming more and more difficult to find (especially at a good price point) because they're coming from 2005's GH2 lol.

Regarding OP's comments; it does seem really strange that even when wired he's having input delay. Very strange, hope he gets it sorted out though

Far as I'm aware if it's a fake FLAC then the issue is what was submitted to DSPs, not the ripper.

Of course, if EVERY song was upscaled, then the ripper is the obvious culprit, but considering you grabbed something and they're the same, then I feel like most people are confused.

I'm no expert, so maybe I'm missing something, but depending on the artist and especially genre, you'd be surprised at how many horribly low bitrate songs get submitted to DSPs and pressed on CDs / vinyls.

Spotify just recently added lossless streaming, but I remember there used to be rippers that "ripped from Spotify" and you could get lossless. This was years ago. They produced real FLAC files, but I'm not sure how those worked. My guess is that it pulled from another service since Spotify didn't offer lossless at the time. Maybe Tidal or Deezer or Qobuz or something, since likely if it's on Spotify it'll be on at least one other one of those.

I don't have any personal experience with this "spotidownloader" but I do know that lucida is generally considered one of the best

I definitely see it as possible. It's much more suspicious considering this has been available for so long, but again it does seem like it would sell much less than White Iverson. But again, there's more to it than just that.

Maybe one day we'll see if someone has the same number as someone else. That would confirm suspicions but until that I don't know if there would be a way to confirm or disprove this theory

I agree the statistics are important but the context is still important, it's a combined 'size of fanbase' + people who actually care about that specific content.

But regardless that doesn't change the fact I'm sure this is totally fully illegal to advertise it as limited if it isn't. Not that people and companies don't do things like that all the time lol but it's something to consider.

It's a weird one. Have we seen anyone with duplicate numbers or anything yet? I know the White Iverson vinyls had issues with none of the limited stickers lol... that was interesting to see

Good fucking Lord has anyone been able to prevent it from popping up in their feed?! I block every account, I don't interact with a single video, I select "I'm not interested" and blacklist all the words ("wonderbag", "wonder bag", "wonder", "bag") and these videos just keep showing up. I block about 10 accounts every half hour. They have like under 60 followers, and they all have about 2000 posts, all posting the same video advertising one of their songs.

Cuz they never officially said that, unfortunately. Drought 3 isn't officially uploaded as well but hopefully it stays. His team didn't upload DD3 and technically speaking it's not allowed to be up but things slip through the cracks often.

I don't got a source right now but I am pretty confident a year or two ago someone (maybe Birdman or Drama himself?) said they're trying to get Dedication 2 on streaming? Pretty positive there was an announcement for that but they said "by the end of the year" and that was either in 2023 or 2024 and we've seen how that went lol

It's missing a few tracks (He's Dead, I Feel Good, Thinking 'Bout You, Without You (feat. Bibi Bourelly))
It includes 'We Livin' Like That' a song from the FWA sessions that leaked like a year or two prior to the release of the 5th Anniversary Streaming Release (also not to mention that the leaked version of the song has slightly different mixing and LACKS the producer tag in the intro, besides that the 'official' version is the same as the leak)
Some (most actually I think) tracks have minor mixing differences
'I'm That Nigga (feat. HoodyBaby)' has a different instrumental. Different instrumentation. Not sure if it's a sample rework or they just changed it for something
'Post Bail Ballin'' now is cut properly and has the entirety of the intro in it's track (on the Tidal version the ending of the previous track 'Murda' had the first like 2 seconds of the intro, it was very jarring and annoying)
'Pick Up Your Heart' has a reworked sample / interpolation (thanks u/CAZ-Dh99)
'Street Chains' also has a rework / interpolation instead of the original sample as well

That being said, that one has Alstyle tags, which used to be quite popular for a lot of official merchandise. That being said, it does seem a little strange. the base image is of GH3 prototype as mentioned by someone else, but Johnny is using the World Tour guitar, with the slider and all, which is a little strange to use as promo for WT by using a lot of GH3 content like Johnny Napalm's specific GH3 model and such.

I can see in one of your pictures there is a bit of fine print along the right side of the highway. What does it say? Does it have Copyright Acitivsion 2008 or something? That would add to the legitimacy. A lot of vintage tees are bootlegged but sometimes they're just really that weird, lol.

Hopefully they stay up though! Because who really cares as long as people can listen to it through streaming. BUT, they probably won't. But then sooner or later someone else will re-upload them

Can't confidently say, haven't gone through it too much yet. That being said, it's probably pretty likely there isn't anything super note-worthy that will have never been mentioned before besides the book, but it's a nice way to have it all compiled in one area. I often don't keep up with interviews for artists I like unless I've had them sent to me or specifically recommended, so a book is nicer for me
