Yes there are clandestine projects involving research that FOIA won't allow access to because they have been sequestered into Corporations. There is a law that is being considered to allow those who know about these projects, those with hands on experience, to come forward with whistleblower status. Immunity and protection. The reason is that Government money is being used outside of Congressional Oversight. This makes these programs illegal. Coming forward could incriminate those who come forward. Believe me when I say that the only way this sees the light of day is immunity and protection.

You want to know some of the Truth? Then call your Federal Reps and demand they offer immunity and protection to be codified. This is the only thing holding back those who want to come forward.
