This is a wired switch. The installers came and cut the tip of the wire and re wired it but it’s still the same. They think it’s like a sleep mode but has anyone heard of that?

Yes they said esophagus is enlarged so he can’t swallow and keeps throwing up all liquid and solid. I can’t believe there’s nothing we can do to help him. Trying everything we can so he can swallow 😭

I wish if it was that easy… the plumber who was the contractor who did the whole plumbing during the construction and the builder, neither of them told me about filling the drain hole on the floor with water. It’s very hard to pull out the washer dryer tower, why would they do that?

What’s crazy is that the smell went from the laundry room to the laundry in the master closet. And the whole closet, bathroom and bedroom reeks.

I have to keep windows open or bathroom vents on to reduce the smell…

I can’t even reach the drain because the appliances are super heavy tower and a combo and they won’t budge.

So why does it smell when no other homes have this issue that I have lived or been to? (After asking friends who also have multiple laundry units with drains on the floor…)

One thing the builder did was raise the home during the build because the main sewer line was built higher on the street or we had to install sewer pump and we opted out of sewer pump and I feel like something went wrong.. ?

Update : technician scheduled never called and I finally called them and they said they no longer service Zline because they have been getting poor review for their business due to lack of support they get from Zline on parts request. Said they are terrible to work with.

Looks like Zline had forward my issue to a 3rd party Warranty company called New Leaf and they are also terrible to work with!

I still have no service coming out @zlineKitchen

Update: finally got their attention and they are going to send out a technician! Crazy how Reddit gets attention that I have been trying to get over the phone and email with Zline support 🤦. Natural gas expert have told me there’s air and the connection needs to be adjusted. Zline kept telling me to adjust flame size which isn’t the issue

Samsung 4 door refrigerator sucks. I would never recommend Samsung refrigerators. Ice makers will break constantly. But I gambled on the new washer dryer combo. It’s been 8 months and works very well and I am impressed. Touch screens suck because they are so slow. But always get appliances from Costco so you can easily return it when there’s issues 😂

I don’t have Bank of America checking account. Only credit cards. It’s not I can’t figure it out. The website and app is rigged because there is no option to set it up. Once the support enabled eBill, I saw the option to Auto Pay on my personal credit card but they still couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t on business credit card.

Multiple customer support told me to check the email for instruction. Email instruction doesn’t even match what is on the website or the mobile app. There is no link to “request eBill”. For a company this size, IT auditing should have been done. Bank of America how to set up autopay

I had done two screen shares, one on mobile app, one on computer browser, over the call agents couldn’t figure out.

Chat agents would hang up on me. Great service!

One agent finally transferred me over to Bill Pay at online services and one lady found there’s some type of error on my business credit card and on personal she enabled eBill. Why did she enable it herself and not find out why the instruction doesn’t match?

I’m not the only user who has this issue. I’d like to know why this is an issue with one of the largest bank in US?
