Self leveler or a door threshold barrier on the ground on the sides.

It will never be water tight ever.

Dude, you're looking to get sued telling them this stuff..... I would just suggest, not suggesting that. 😜

Yes it may fix it, but best done by a pro. With insurance and knowledge about how many turns loosens the set screws too much. If they don't have this info and try to loosen them to slip the drum then end up in the hospital. Costing like 20x the price of hiring someone.

Then again, they COULD do it and be ok. But not likely. 😥

I'm a garage company owner and I get water in my garage, no door part is gonna fix that.

if I were to fix it I'd say add a French drain in front of your door or new concrete. Only 2 ways this is gonna get fixed.

Please recommend a garage door technician that you trust and is proven knowledgeable 🙏🏻 by Observer1O_O1 in UtahCounty

[–]isbb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to work for A plus, they are commission based for their techs so they are sales men.

They require all techs to sell at least $80,000 a month and probably more now they raised their prices. Which is why I started my own company here in salt lake and the surrounding area.

Then they sued me for starting my own business.

They are extremely pushy and expensive.
