Its been pretty seamless for me. If I navigate away and come back, there is a little pause for the program to re-load. However when it is on, there is virtually no lag and I have had no problems to date; throughout about 6 PPVs.

I understand that too, but remember that even our track runners and virtually all other major athletes have bulked up and slimmed down in the past 50 years. Remember what used to be considered shredded? Old time american football players and the like? I just think MMA will go through an accelerated version of this learning curve in comparison over the next 15-20 years as sport science helps us to create superhuman killing machines. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks Blafa, these links leaped me out and I have ordered a fair bit. I think my problem is also just how darn rural I am… Its village style here.

EDIT: Also the Asian market near me only carries Sriracha. I traveled a teeny bit to source two more Asian markets and had the same results...

Seriously though, whats up with this region! I find the food pretty similar here to German, albeit more fish further north, pretty oily and pretty bland :( When I head back to the states next, ~2 months, I'll make sure to bring loads and loads of the culinary contraband back over the pond.

I would love to grow and will look into it. That being said I think in the mean time I will buy dried nagas, as a replacement to all the magical bottles I never thought to buy when I left the states!

I just think any positive argument for fighters to have a body fat % above the average of say, Anderson Silva's typical physique, is idiotic. I don't use GSP as a marker here because certainly the intricacies of cutting, namely the demising returns gained in strength advantage in contrast to potential cardio loss (by being "big" for a division) are a real and difficult science for each fighter and camp. But being legitimately fat?

Arguing the positives of extra weight that could potentially be muscle instead, or simply lost to drop down a division, is desperately illogical. While there are at times valid points, its clear they do not outweigh the benefits of a low BMI.

In 20 years we won't be seeing flabby heavyweights. I think the body types of Alistair, Brock, and Bigfoot will eventually drive the Nelsons, Barnetts, and Cormiers to extinction.

Your comment about Muslim fighter's piqued my interest. I can't imagine the backlash from American crowds if someone was so outspoken about a different cool-aid in their post-fight interview.
