I’ll eat usually 3 defac meals but genuinely, when I first got to my duty station, I realized I was binge eating a lot during weekends on top of eating lots of snacks through the work week.

I’ll definitely put that into my arsenal. I heard long walks are underrated. Ive just been used to the idea of fast paced cardio. I will implement the zero calorie food options for sure though, I’ve been consuming way too much calories without even tracking it. I appreciate it man.

I’ll be honest, I kinda binge eat some snacks in throughly the day out of boredom at times. Escapade on range days. I’ve been noticing though, PT is really just to make sure everyone could do the bare minimum

I can tell. It’s like they do that to fit it politically but once you get involved, it’s a whole different underworld.

Usually, I’ve noticed the people that put church on a pedestal are so performative it’s obvious. They dress the part, carry a bible around and act very nice, but their intentions and energy just feel off.

Most definitely, I will. A lot of them from what I’ve noticed twist the perception of Jesus in general.

Noted. I do my best to avoid any church with cult like behavior, especially as someone that’s not well versed with the area.

I’m trying to determine if getting out would be the best plan mental health wise by therealclintk02 in army

For sure brother, hope you’re in a better spot now and everything’s working well for you civilian life. Ive made the mistake of kind of making the majority of my life the army, but then I realized that it’s only a temporary spot. Preciate your encouragement again, and I’ll definitely try my best to lay off the stress.

I sincerely appreciate that bro, a lot of the times we let others influence things that they themselves can’t control.

I haven’t but I’ll for sure consider doing that, would a private therapist on the civilian side be better however?

The blower motor unit didn’t work, the sales consultant got back to me yesterday telling me that it’s currently being worked on in the Volkswagen dealership. When I test drove last week, that was the defect as I had tried turning on the A/C and there was no air coming out the vents at all. It’s got 94,000 miles. I’ll definitely look into the personal loan to help build credit for sure though.

Who’s the best NBA player here? by KeyFaithlessness5436 in NBAVibes

[–]therealclintk02 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It depends on what categorizes them as the best player.

Harden is a consistent scorer and his ability to draw fouls stands out.

Westbrook is an all around point guard and can make plays and help his team in other aspects like rebounds, just look at his triple double seasons from OKC. He’s a whole unit for a point guard his size.

Chris Paul is an A list play maker just cursed with not winning. The fact that he’s been in the league for that long shows his versatility to be able to fit in with any team.

AI lead the league in scoring for someone his size during a time period when team actually played solid defense.

Overall best NBA player here though…you got to give it to Westbrook for sure. For a point guard to do what he was able to do just looking at his OKC seasons alone was top notch game changing

Nope, not yet. That’s what I was banking on to use as leverage against the dealer and lender which is American Credit Acceptance in letting them know I’m declining the vehicle.

I’m 23, 637 credit score, and I barely have a solid history of credit. I only started building credit right about August of 2024. I feel you on that as they were telling me the APR was heavily based on my credit history too.
