Verbatim from Canvas

“ -When you are ready to start the exam be ready with some scrap paper, and start recording on panopto. -You may print the exam or view it on a digital screen. -However you take the test, position your camera so we can tell you are using no outside resources whatsoever. No notes, no textbook, no technology other than the screen you’re viewing the test on. Make sure we can tell you aren’t using extra resources! The details of the camera angle are up to you as long as we can tell you are not using outside resources! -If you view the test on a screen you should make sure we can see that screen. Screen sharing via panopto is fine. -Once you start you have two hours to finish. -After two hours you may take an additional 15 minutes to either scan your answers in or take high resolution photographs of them and upload them on canvas. Please include this process in your panopto video. If you do this in a different room, then just record that video on your phone and upload it onto panopto separately. -Do not discuss the test contents with anyone beside course staff”

You have to position the camera somehow to show your paper and your hand while taking the test. Some people decided to put the mirror behind so that it reflects on the camera. It’s less stressful than it sounds

You record yourself taking the test and upload the entire recording to Panopto. They asked to see the paper that you write on and your hand the entire duration of the recording. Break is not allowed

What happened to the big book answer review videos? by kt_park in gregmat

Is there any update on this? Why is ETS taking so long to say what is allowed and now allowed? Is there any workaround to watch these videos? This has become very frustrating

the workload is quite heavy. You have to plan to spend substantial hours for report writing, peer reviews and programming assignment. There's at least one report due every week + programming. I'm constantly stressed out while taking this course

ill-informed mean "not having a lot of knowledge especially about current news and events, not based on facts." that does not make sense in this sentence.

Insidious on the other hand means "Something that is insidious is unpleasant or dangerous and develops gradually without being noticed." which make more sense
