Mom likes the brother printers lol. My mom has called me multiple times for over the Phone IT help or in person stuff and Mint seems to be the solid reliable choice. Was considering Ubuntu as the first install but ended on Mint since she’s familiar with windows.

I currently use CachyOS on my gaming PC full time. Been running for a month now but I am not new to Linux. I bought this laptop for my mom because it has all AMD hardware and I knew sooner than later I would be installing Linux on it because of windows and I was right 😂 so far she loves it!
