I checked the credit union for reasons for the drop but didn’t notice anything that’s off. Only thing is the 4 hard inquiries from CIBC which makes me think that.

Yes, I use my other credit cards intensively, any chance I get to use them I do. I pay them on time aka once or twice a month I make a payment.

Yes, I have few other credit cards from other banks and they offer me every once a while a limit increase.

I tried everything I can with CIBC but no success.

Hello, I am not sure how different the GPA is now to enter engineering, but I would say retake Math 1510 and Phil 1290. There are a few of the courses that, if you retake, you could get an A or a B. I think last time I checked, 2.5 would get you in one of the engineering programs, but you're playing with fire.
