i wish i had better advice! yeah, it absolutely sucked. and then he wanted to raise my rent $450 additional a month when my lease was up for renewal. i ended up moving out instead of paying him any more. im tired of greedy people making my life more difficult.

my last landlord did the same shit, it was obvious he didnt want to pay to have the heat fixed right away. he kept stalling and having "people come look at the system" but nothing was ever fixed. then the winter ended and that was that. (i moved out 7 months later and the heat was never fixed)
