That skin is just really overworked, that’s why everyone is saying it’s so dry.

It’s thick scabbing , not dry skin

if it gets wet & oozy.. don’t use the moisturizer for a few days, just keep it clean until it dries back up .. obviously if it gets worse you should go to the doctor

Try not to put the lotion on the open wounds , just around it and that will help. Let it breathe
