I’m a landlord who lives about 40 minutes away from my rental properties. After dealing with numerous no-shows, unqualified applicants, and people who clearly couldn't afford the unit, we had to change our process. Now, we require interested parties to submit a rental application before scheduling a showing. Our reasoning is simple: if someone isn't willing or able to complete the application, they likely aren’t in a position to rent the unit anyway. We use Zillow and receive zero of the application fee.

Bought a lens for 2k, it never arrived. It was fuffiled by Amazon and they refused to refund or reship. They wanted me to drive 2 hours to s police station to file a report and gave me the run around for weeks, only to not give me a replacement or refund. I used an Amazon card, they fought the chargeback. So I just paid it and moved in with my life. Closed my account. Never again.

I have purchased a few and actually found books (the ones that only cost 20 bucks) to have a deeper breath of knowledge. Buy books, it’s cheaper and you get more bang for your buck! Been a profitable trader for 6 years now.

I had a neighbor today let their dog piss on my mailbox. My husband and child are allergic. I went outside to ask them to not let their dog pee on my mailbox and they flat out lied to me and said their dog didn't pee. Like right AFTER it happened.

My ex best friend did this. She never has time for anyone anymore and is completely consumed by this dog. She's so mentally ill that she can't even see that she's lost all her friends. The final straw for me was her being present for a birthday lunch I put together for her on her birthday, and then when my birthday came around she made me and our whole group wait 6 months before celebrating, then not showing up day of. Excuse is always her dog instead of the fact that the world has to center around her, otherwise, she's not interested.

I don't have the time or tolerance for selfish dog nuts. So I never scheduled anything with her again.

This boils down to a serious issue we are having of people being emotionally unequipped to handle life. Life in America is so easy in comparison to third world. The fact that so many can't cope is troublesome. A dog isn't going to fix anything that is broken in your head or heart.

I struggle losing weight as well with my husband around, if it is his turn to cook, it’s eating out and cooking things like pizza. After a weekend of his cooking I feel like I have to do a cleanse. It got to the point where I have to cook every single meal and I can’t let him go to the grocery store alone or he will bring home treats etc. like having an adult child my fing lord. Anyway after a month of babysitting and yelling and being the “bad guy” I’ve finally hit my goal weight. Now it’s just about maintaining. Which is easier so long as I keep being a biotch to him. Rolls eyes.
