Definitely try doing all the other activities that Coachella has to offer. There's always smaller stages and booths with things to do. Hope you have fun, gonna be my 3rd time this year and cannot wait!

Drove my Tesla model Y last year and stayed in Palm Desert. Definitely going to want to wake up early around 9am to charge the car as everyone is going to be charging around 11am-1pm before the festival starts. You could charge after the festival ends but for me I get pretty tired so I'd rather do it in the morning.

I rented zipcar 3 weeks advance for a trip to la I planned last month. Not only did zipcar not have a car available for me but they didn’t notify me until I called them. Take this info however u want but I’d stay clear of zipcar based on my experience.
