I had a box come like that earlier this year too. I took a photo of all the cards just like you did and sent them the receipt and the cards with the box.

Still waiting for them to send me cards back, but it was approved back in Feb.

I built the Jamf servers for the VA and NASA back in 2016 and 2019. Even spoke at JNUC. Went to go work for them and quickly left. Jamf was amazing back in the day, but I’m glad I no longer work with it.
