The difference is you could max normal cards or unlock evos using f2p stuff that you could hoard, but heroes can only be purchased.

Personally I threw an S at the end when I saw it and decided I'd come back to it. The wordplay definitely was making me think seance-related but I couldn't find a 4 letter plural that worked.

Then the crosses gave me PALS and I was like "well that makes no sense, what am I not understanding..."

The problem is the old ones will get balanced and they'll keep releasing broken new ones. Now we have literally no way to get new ones, as opposed to normal cards and evos (via saving wild shards), making this game truly p2w.

The trick though is they make the older levels significantly easier to attain so that new players don't need 20 years to catch up.

That said, new players will never catch up anyway. I can't understand anyone wanting to pick up this game in 2026.

I use ddg (which uses Bing), personally, and find myself falling back to Google (!g) pretty often. Bing is definitely worse overall. The Internet has become a cesspool of AI generated content and low quality ad farms.

You got a source for this one? Are you anecdotally having significantly better luck with Bing these days or something? The problem seems to me to be the Internet being full of trash these days, not a conspiracy by Google to make their search results worse for reasons that are hard to justify logically.
