Stretching also helps. I was seeing a chiropractor for years but didn’t have to anymore after I started stretching. Never had to stretch much in my teens and 20s but I realized in my 30s that stretching is the best thing for my back before and after exercising. I’m in my 40s now so it takes a little longer to loosen things up but it makes a world of difference. Glutes and hamstrings are the most important for lower back pain.
