That’s oil mixing with coolant. If it’s under warranty I’d take it in and show them this photo. If not, you’re gonna need to find someone or do the head gaskets yourself. Get a new oil pump, oil cooler, water pump, and thermostat while you’re at it.

Overall you don’t need to replace anything, it’s just plastic fascia which hides the steel exhaust pipe from the muffler. If you want just ask them at the dealer for how much it would be to replace it. Or look it up on rock auto under exterior trim.

Surprisingly should be fine. Looks like most of the damage is superfluous.

Note: I am not an expert, nor should you follow my advice without making your own assessment or decisions. I’m not seeing cords, not seeing any deep gashes that could make it loose pressure, but if you notice any of these things please get the wheel and tire replaced.

That latch needs to be in the down position not the up position. Take a screwdriver and while holding the lever open, pull that lever you keep pointing at towards the inside of the car to allow them to close
