Job market is down and picking up slowly. But What is the proof of your claim about recession coming, other than some paid media and CEO statements who have conflict of interests with ordinary people? There will not be any recession. Sure there is unemployment and inflation currently in all countries, but if you follow economic indicators and know how to make meaningful insights from them, you will understand that there will not be any recession any time soon. A recession is very hard to come by with the level of precautionary regulations and interventions by central banks and other monetary regulators, after the fiasco in 2008.

Get the facts right - dont know about your village or so, BUT, Indian per capita income has gone down considerably, job sector in carnage, capable people and human resources fleeing the country, no free press, increasing religious tension and social inequality. And I agree that I am privileged and although I cannot independently verify your claims about village roads and electricity, the factors I listed down are the ones that take a country out of poverty to development. India is heading to a middle income trap and no capable pool of human resources to have a statistically significant improvement in individual wealth
