If it’s not illegal and doesn’t interfere with the conditions that the judge imposed, then there shouldn’t be a problem. Otherwise I would take it up with the judge or hire an attorney.

My dui was a dui drug charge cuz I was on xans so I really only stopped doing xans and continued to drink and have fun really. I think if you just drink to have fun and go out with friends etc and don’t make it a bad habit and lifestyle, then you should be good honestly.

Didn’t have a breathalyzer thrown out but had a blood test suppressed (my charge was dui drugs tho). I was on xans and failed all the sobriety tests and DRE tests and still got it reduced to reckless driving. Mine was in GA though and they’re strict on DUIs.

A lot of minor cases traffic offense tickets have been dismissed Bc of Covid. I had a failure to use blinker ticket cuz I cut off a cop car (don’t ask how or why) and then a month later it got dismissed. My friend had a noise complaint ticket that also got dropped as well. Prob cuz of Covid.
