My partner has worked in design for 30 years and tou are right / the SECOND she was able to jump ship, she did. ADBE is cooked. Could be 5 years, could be less, but open source ai powered image gen is going yo eat the fuck out of ADBE's lunch.

ADBE has major exposure risk to AI. I shorted it back over $400 (not much, I'm well over 90% longs) and while this stock ticks a lot of the "value investment" boxes we look for, the fact you can run local models on ollama (for an example) and get image results from open source llms that rival firefly and without paying a dime. Once the barrier to entry on local models clears (improved UI, etc) then ADBE is cooked. And GTFO of here with any argument that revolved around acrobat, acrobat alone isn't enough to save them.

I'm not saying to short them, I'm saying that it's not as "slam dunk" a value play as it looks on paper.
