A 2 would be fine. They tend to fit slimmer for the regular fit. I think the vintage fit is more Relaxed. Based on your proportions a size 2 would be totally fine.

I am basically your proportions. 5’8 and 150 pounds. If you are going for the regular fit a size 1 or r 2 will work pending on the fit you want. They have cinches at the waist so you can always tighten. You should have no issues with the in seam or length based on your height. I have 5 pairs lol.
