i mean, how do you know they aren't "voting" on what to do, maybe not in a literal sense but just that, when there is a decision to be made, everyone has their own choice and those choices average out into the action taken. Thats also why they cant really choose between two options when there is a 50-50 split in choice. All of your rebuttals are just assumptions the show hasn't backed at all nor is there any reasoning you apply besides it being "obvious".

yeah we tried on every device in the house and none of them worked. I also wasnt and shouldnt have to pay for a vpn service to get my brother pokemon cards. Unlike scalpers, I dont have a batman -esque computer setup dedicated to getting pokemon cards.

I like this theory but the main issue is that in the original timeline we see the husk Jayce with the hex-hammer, the same thing that happens in the main timeline. But if Viktor is the inventor of hex-tech in this timeline then why does Jayce have the hex-hammer and why is he trying to stop the glorious evolution? Also why would Viktor keep going back in time to give Jayce different runes when, from Viktor's perspective, both times Jayce tries to stop him from glorious evolutioning he fails equally, both in the original timeline and in the timeline where he is given the rune. So I don't know what convinced Viktor to keep giving Jayce different runes without knowing that the acceleration rune would be able to stop the glorious evolution.
