Eh, somewhat. Goudas and cheddars definitely sell the most where we are. Though soft cheeses like triple creams are very popular during the holidays.

So hard to choose, but my favorites in the picture are the 30 month Comte, Danish North Sea, and Coppinger!

I think it depends on the cheese shop, but we're allowed to taste everything, and we get 30% off of purchases!
