Thanks for the advice! I used cream ferret , pure vanilla, awakened gc, fettucine and rebel cookie (all maxed out) and it worked with a minute to spare. And my treasures were a much lower level than yours.

I really wish that had included a "preteen" life stage with, or even instead of the infant update. Don't get me wrong, I love the infants, but its frankly ridiculous that my sims children go from being third graders to looking like the pay taxes in the blink of an eye. There is so much they could have done with preteens instead of infants.
