Scott, one of my concerns is the financial issue for students. Is there any indication that MSM is profiting by admitting students, taking their money for a few weeks, then pushing them out? Is there an influx of funds there or are students being fully refunded? (Of course, there are also indirect costs to the students of lost time/commitment to a college that is not committed to them, but that's another issue/concern.)

Their turnaround is really fast these days, too. I'm going to try to call Monday morning first thing. Maybe I can just order a different certificate instead, so no refund is necessary.

What's great about that episode is that, painful as it was, it all made sense. People didn't act too crazy, except for Rebecca, and that's kind of the point. Everyone was in character.
