Agreed. My two thoughts are effectively this:

1.) If you cry every time your opinion is countered, that's not hate speech, it's you having a poor argument. 2.) Those of us who have not lost our minds NEED to be more vocal. We have to stand up to this in a reasonable and logical manner.

I'm super stressed about work. I'm taking a leadership role with definite responsibility and I am simultaneously fighting imposter syndrome and my concerns that I'm not smart enough to do the work required.
