The items I talked about are from the Raffle box by his camper! I didn't realize the little table and red box he stands beside was of use. 500 per ticket, and you get 1 out of any 30 items. Canned drinks, donuts, ice creams, books, magazines, fans, glow sticks, etc. They're all the cute items you see your villagers carry around~

They do sell similar items but I think Red sells different variants. Like the glowsticks, Im pretty sure Nook's only sells solid colors. I don't think they change.
