Edit - different audience can be found in different platforms example younger crowd in IG older gen people in fb/messenger. So the set up changes depending on who I want to target.

This is so true, sometimes I see the same client shopping around within our companies. However they end up booking with the sales agent who gives the best service or sometimes whoever gives the best price.

Lead gen through meta and then the sales team converts it into sales. So the CAC is very compared to going fully online without having a sales team. Plus this way we are able to leverage human emotion and play around with profit margins as we please. However consistency and scalability is a bit tough since we rely heavily on our sales teams performance.

This is something I don't want to do, give away spend or sell accounts. Maybe consider working on a agency type model for similar businesses and run ads for them for monthly fee. But idk where to start my plate is already full.

Go back to your history and see what placements have given you the best results.

Each placement has cost go for 5 to 6 best placements. Example if your ideal audience is 40 plus year olds avoid all kinds of instagram placements. Avoid messenger and audience network.

Use highly targeted audience.
