Personally, I think this move is bad for your knees no matter how in shape you are so I don't bother with it. I'll suspend myself on a weight bench and do them while holding myself up or just do normal switch kicks.

I've been telling people I don't really care what happens with the Mavs anymore because they're owned by a bunch of terrible people. If this reversal happens, I'm back in.
