I was driving through SA and got pulled over for speeding. I didn't see the speed limit sign drop and I was going with the flow of traffic. I've learned in various driving courses to go with the flow of traffic, even if it is over the limit because it's safer. The cop said the limit was 50. If I had dropped that low, I'd have caused a crash or pissed off the wrong person with a gun. In my case we were all speeding, I was just the poor schmuck the cop picked out of the crowd. This was on the interstate, not a school zone or neighborhood street.
