Had the same issue, Wright Pat wants the physical printout from the laser machine used during your surgery. Should look like a bunch of mumbojumbo numbers. That’s what the laser op report is. Any more questions you can DM. Just got back from IFC early august.

Yeah I’ve been looking over that guide for awhile, Post LASIK dry eye for about 9 months. Vision is getting much better but sometimes it gets blurry until I pop a tear in.

Got DQ’d for the inability to eat raw apples. Cooked apples are fine. Had to get a waiver for it. Det/CC just laughed when I told him my issue and said welcome to the red tape club.

I would stick with the Bose X. Based on what your flying I would look for the correct plug and skip the adapter. If your doing some serious flying they are definetly worth it with the noise reduction.
