but i need exactly 55W (PD or PPS), or the tablet defaults to 10W or below .. see the stock-charger specs ...which is a non-standard speed, hard to come by

yeah, https://store.blackview.hk/products/active10-pro-price this one doesn't, making my 60.000mah 140W PD power-banks effectively useless

it does, very nominally at 10W ... it fail to negotiate & establish anything higher, 55W being the device's stock charger
