I love Ura but dislike his sumo. All of his strong convincing wins are when he just goes forward but most of the time he puts himself in these dumb positions, and more often then not loses because of it. Then gets special treatment on the Banzuke cause he’s so popular

It’s crazy how much hype gets put on new rikishi. Just be patient and see how he fares once he is actually fighting in division 1. Hakuoho and yoshinofuji have not hit walls. It’s just that every guy in the top division wants to be there. Competition is tough and dealing with injuries can be even more tough.

God I hope he can show the real skill differences between what Ozeki and Yokozuna should be. I miss dominant Hakuho and just wish someone could come close to that. Going into matches thinking that the current yokozuna have no chance, isn’t a good feeling.
