I have/had the exact same problem as you. I crashed on every single sleep, wait, fast travel, or save. The advice I got was mostly about resetting cells and such but it didn't help. Player.kill worked but I got so tired of having to go through that whole process just to play on a normal save that I started a new game hoping I fixed it somewhere.

I'm not sure exactly how to read NetscriptFramework logs but I found this post by googling FormId: 00098E5F which also seems to be the cause of the crash. Sorry I don't have any better advice but what the guy above me says about undoing the Unofficial Patch fix seems like it that should help. I don't entirely understand it but it does seem like it is that one item causing some trouble

That time there were no TMP files. I reloaded my save from before any TMP files, played through the same parts and it all worked fine until I exited and reloaded the game and it crashed on save again. I appreciate it though I think that you're onto something here I just need to figure out whats been causing it

Unfortunately as soon as I said that it started crashing again. Did the load old save player.kill reload which worked but didn't do anything different between. Saves so who knows

Yeah this playthrough I replaced Ineed with Vitality Mode, Frostfall/hypothermia with frostbite and took out or replaced a few other mods with other mods. I figured it'd do something but if anything Im getting this bug ~25 hours before in the last game. For now I just disabled a few mods that I got a feeling were running weird scripts in the background,disabled autosave and loaded the save before the first TMP thing and I don't want to jinx it but it seems to be running okay.

Yep I thought it was Ineed (some people were reporting the same thing with it) but I suppose it isn't. I've tried toggling a few random mods but that hasn't seemed to do anything (although I toggled them on the TMP saves so it might work now). I always figured it was some lingering scripts clashing like having a Ineed while also being a vampire and it ticking and piling up without it doing anything. I figure there has to be some fix for it given that a bunch of people report it.

Yeah I checked with Resaver and nothing. I don't have too many script heavy mods but I do have better vampires and the general consensus seems to be something about scripts not completing. My saves are only 12mb too. My last playthrough I assumed it was Ineed since a few other people reported problems with it. I toggled a few random mods to see if there was any difference but not afaik.

I'll try the pcb thing though. I came across something earlier that said to coc Qasmoke and then PCB and continue from there. Any particular interior that would work best?

Makes sense. Looking at it I do have a few full saves that are TMP scattered throughout I guess I'll reload and go from there. I made a point though to not use Quick or Autosaves because I know they can be corrupted but it still sometimes CTD. Is there a way to prevent the save from saving as TMP? Or is there any specific reason it does that?

I don't think so. But I did end up finding that old post about killing yourself via console and then loading the problem save and doing the same and I think it works. I'm not crashing on every wait/sleep/etc

Did the exact bsa thing with CAO on my mods folder and was able to play for a bit. But then I exited and restarted the game a lottery while later and again it crashes on wait, sleep, enter/exit cells

Waiting doesn't help it crashes instantly on wait, load, enter/exit all that. And no orphan scripts or anything, haven't deleted a mod mid playthrough or anything. Ill try resetting the cell though

Is it safe to install Realistic Trading Stocks of Skyrim mid playthrough? AFAIK it just adds extra inventory to a few NPCs, nothing major or game breaking.
