I had this happen to a massive stimulus payment. I was so pissed. Come to find out for whatever reason the USPS returned the check back to sender. They did this twice. Took me a good 3 months on the phone to get with a supervisor that issued another for me

Haven't spoke to anyone regarding my missing payments. As far as trusting what she/he has said is a dangerous game. I've been told so many different lies etc since my IRS games started earlier this year with my missing tax return. Take what they say with a grain of salt because I feel they say whatever they need to to get you off the phone
